Training
Training tracks a member's path toward becoming a worker, someone actively serving in a ministry role, separate from whether they have dashboard access as staff.
Stages
A member moves through three stages:
| Stage | Meaning |
|---|---|
| In Training | Enrolled and working through your church's training track. |
| Worker | Completed training and actively serving. |
| Withdrawn | No longer progressing through training. |
Enrolling a member
Enroll any active member who isn't already enrolled. Enrolling someone who was previously withdrawn re-enrolls them and resets their start date.
Updating progress
From a member's training record, mark them as a Worker once they've completed training, or Withdraw them if they step away. A withdrawn member can be re-enrolled at any time.
Where you'll see it
The Training list groups everyone by stage: workers in training, workers, and withdrawn (shown only if that group isn't empty). The same information also appears as a tab on each member's own profile under People.
