Pastoral Care
Pastoral Care tracks prayer requests, visits, and follow-ups, and keeps them connected to the member they concern rather than lost in a message thread.
Creating a care record

The list can be filtered by status, and shows who created each record and when.
Deliberately siloed. Pastoral Care access isn't bundled into general member or ministry access. Only Church Administrator and a dedicated Pastoral Care Coordinator role can see care records, someone who can edit members or manage a ministry doesn't get pastoral care access just because they can do those other things. Sensitive notes stay with the people who need to see them.
Who can see this
If Pastoral Care doesn't appear in someone's sidebar, it's almost always because they hold a role other than Church Administrator or Pastoral Care Coordinator, not a bug. Assign the Pastoral Care Coordinator role under Roles & Access to give someone access without also handing them general administrative rights.
